I really hope things turn on like they are outlined in the best case scenario. I'm a bit more hesitant to call them inevitable. I think that the nuances involved of unrolling these technologies out to the world are often overlooked in the face of how incredible the technologies are. Looking at things like the relatively cheap production of insulin and how much we have charged for it in the U.S. is a quick example that comes to mind. On the other side I don't think we will have full blown dystopias but more of a slogging journey upwards.
